They’ve all buzzed off ! Within the last year figures show a national beehive loss of 17.3% with substantial regional variations making the North of England the highest beehive loss of 26%. The loss has been due to poor summers followed by one of the harshest winters, not to mention the Varroa mite and other new diseases. Bees are a vital part of the environment and in our food production.

Formed in 2006 Bee Beautiful Ltd is based in Cumbria. Our creams, polishes and lotions were first tried by family and friends and were met with great enthusiasm. It’s these good results that encouraged us to go further and form Bee Beautiful Ltd. We have grown from a cottage industry business using beekeeping products from our own hives into an innovative company with big plans for the future.
