This bat box is suitable for a wide range of bats.
These bat Boxes are made from recycled wood and some pieces of the wood may be coloured due to these being made from recycled wood and we cannot guarantee the colours you will receive.
Personalisation
We can engrave names on these bat boxes along with the sillhouette of the bat, names can be up to 11 letters and please add the name you would
like engraved on the bat box in order notes to seller after you’ve added your bat box to your basket and before you pay.
Product Appearance
The illustrations of all our products are a true reflection of what the product looks like.
However, as plywood is a natural product , there can be
some slight variances to the photograph.
Custom Cutting
We can cut any shape and sizes up to 800mm Square so please get in touch through Ebay messages
if you would like something and can’t find it in our ebay shop, where we will be happy to send prices and
set up listings for you.
Dispatching
One working day, however can take slightly longer as this product is handmade and busy times of the year (christmas)
Damaged items
If your order arrived damaged or incomplete, please forward photo’s through ebay messages of your item as it
arrived in its packaging along with your order number and user name so that we can process and resolve them

It is our aim to offer 100% satisfaction. We will be happy to refund or replace any faulty goods or redress any
errors in connection with an order if we are notified within 48 hours of receiving the order, where you will be
asked to forward a photo of the item as it arrived to include all packaging and your invoice.
Any goods may be returned within 21 days from the day they are received. Providing they are unopened and
unused, we will be happy to refund their full cost, excluding return postage costs. If you need to cancel your order,
for any reason, please contact us within seven days of the date on which you placed your order.
You can contact us by e-mail or post. This does not affect your statutory rights. If you would like to return an item
then please arrange for a return through ebay returns and when returning your item please include you order
number, user id and address so we can process your return quickly.
