Out of Spec (Scrap) Candle Wax 10kg White / Cream – various scents
This out of spec candle wax is coloured and
fragranced, some of the wax may contain wicks or sustainers and does vary in texture
and hardness it is the left over wax from melting pots when making candles.
You will receive 1 box of wax totalling 10kg in
weight and will be split into 2 bags each weighing at least 5kg.
You will receive 2 bags of White / Cream
We have broken the wax into easier handling blocks which
we try not to keep over 20cm in length or width.
The wax is great for firelighters or a variety of
uses including moulds, waterproofing, melts, unsticking drawers and more, it could
also be re-melted and reformed adding your own wicks and sustainers (not
included in this listing). The wicks or sustainers will not affect the use of
the wax and they often sink to the bottom of your pan, so you can pour the wax
until you are left with the wicks etc in the bottom of the pan or alternatively
strain it through a piece of muslin. We Hold Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS)
and certificate of analysis where applicable for all our ingredients.
Packaging
The Wax will come in 2 plastic bags in a double walled cardboard box.

photo and we are sorry but we are unable to offer requests on specific colours.
Product Appearance
The illustrations of all our products are a true reflection of what the product looks like.
However, as our products are all handmade, and we have a large selection of different products there can be
some slight variances to the photograph.
MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets)
We hold MSDS and certificate of analysis where applicable for all our ingredients.
Our Guarantee
It is our aim to offer 100% satisfaction. We will be happy to refund or replace any faulty goods or redress any
errors in connection with an order if we are notified within 48 hours of receiving the order, where you will be
asked to forward a photo of the item as it arrived to include all packaging and your invoice.
Any goods may be returned within 21 days from the day they are received. Providing they are unopened and
unused, we will be happy to refund their full cost, excluding return postage costs. If you need to cancel your order,
for any reason, please contact us within seven days of the date on which you placed your order.
You can contact us by e-mail or post. This does not affect your statutory rights. If you would like to return an item
then please arrange for a return through ebay returns and when returning your item please include you order
number, user id and address so we can process your return quickly.
Dispatching
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day but as some of our products are made to order there may be a
delay in dispatching our handmade products, dispatch may also vary during busy times of the year including
Mondays where we dispatch parcels from the weekend.
Orders placed using the free economy delivery are sent
by royal mail 48 hour parcels, if your parcel has not arrived within 7 working days please check your local royal
mail sorting office if your parcel is not there please let us know through ebay messages.
Please choose the 24-hour courier option for parcels where you need delivery within 3 working days as this option
includes a tracked delivery.
We cannot accept changes in delivery addresses once your order has been placed,
orders will be refunded and cancelled and you will be asked to re-order.
Damaged items
If your order arrived damaged or incomplete, please forward photo’s through ebay messages of your item as it
arrived in its packaging along with your order number and user name so that we can process and resolve them
quickly.
