Your order will be sent according to its weight and your chosen delivery service.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day but as some of our products are made to order there may be a
delay in dispatching our handmade products, dispatch may also vary during busy times of the year including
Mondays where we dispatch parcels from the weekend. Orders placed using the free economy delivery are sent
by royal mail 48 hour parcels, if your parcel has not arrived within 7 working days please check your local royal
mail sorting office if your parcel is not there please let us know through ebay messages.
Please choose the 24-hour courier option for parcels where you need delivery within 3 working days as this option
includes a tracked delivery. We cannot accept changes in delivery addresses once your order has been placed,
orders will be refunded and cancelled and you will be asked to re-order.
What happens if your parcel hasn’t arrived?
Sometimes parcels are delayed due to a variety of reasons outside of our control such as bad weather. If your parcel has not arrived within 7 working days from the date of dispatch, please could we ask you to do the following: Please contact your local Royal Mail sorting office to check if your parcel is there just in case the postman has not left a calling card. Please check with your neighbours to see if they have accepted a parcel on your behalf. Please check your account to make sure the address you have provided is correct. If you have checked the above and still have not received your parcel, please contact us and we will look into this further. Damaged Items If your purchase has been damaged in transit or is not as described, please contact us as soon as you receive you parcel. Customer service This is important to us and we aim to resolve all issues as soon as possible.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrived damaged or incomplete, please forward photo’s via email and email@example.com of your item as it arrived in its packaging along with your order number and name so that we can process and resolve them quickly.
It is our aim to offer 100% satisfaction. We will be happy to refund or replace any faulty goods or redress any
errors in connection with an order if we are notified within 48 hours of receiving the order, where you will be
asked to forward a photo of the item as it arrived to include all packaging and your invoice.
Any goods may be returned within 21 days from the day they are received. Providing they are unopened and
unused, we will be happy to refund their full cost, excluding return postage costs. If you need to cancel your order,
for any reason, please contact us within seven days of the date on which you placed your order.
You can contact us by e-mail or post. This does not affect your statutory rights. If you would like to return an item
then please contact us directly and when returning please include you order number, email address and address so we
can process your return quickly.
