What happens if your parcel hasn’t arrived?
Sometimes parcels are delayed due to a variety of reasons outside of our control such as bad weather.
If your parcel has not arrived within 7 working days from the date of dispatch, please could we ask you to do the following:
Please contact your local Royal Mail sorting office to check if your parcel is there just in case the postman has not left a calling card.
Please check with your neighbours to see if they have accepted a parcel on your behalf.
Please check your account to make sure the address you have provided is correct.
If you have checked the above and still have not received your parcel, please contact us and we will look into this further.
If your purchase has been damaged in transit or is not as described, please contact us as soon as you receive you parcel.
